License for use and distribution of DVB Dream

You can NOT BUNDLE this software with any hardware and you can NOT DISTRIBUTE this software in any media other than Internet without the authors permission.  If you are planning to bundle DVB Dream, you may ask for a partnership.

1. DVB Dream is distributed as a free program, but this doesnt give any right to bundle this software with any hardware.
2. All copyrights to DVB Dream are exclusively owned by the author / the administrator of www.dvbdream.org.
3. DVB DREAM  IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE OTHER DEVELOPERS WHO HELP THIS SOFTWARE BE IMPROVED WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
4. Installing and using DVB Dream signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
   
5. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove DVB Dream files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
