Software License Agreement

Vendors hardware includes products developed and marketed by the Vendor as well as products developed by the Vendor and marketed by the Vendor/OEM partners.

"Software" includes the hardware drivers, the executable computer programs and any related printed, electronic and online documentation and any other files that may accompany the product.

This Software was carefully crafted and tested by Vendor and is made available to the Licensee at no cost.

Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Software remain exclusively with the Vendor. This Agreement constitutes the license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights to the Software.

Application of the Software using other (not Vendor) hardware is prohibited.

The Software may be downloaded into no more than one PC. A single copy may be made for backup purposes only.

The Vendor does not guarantee that the software is suitable for a particular application or configuration. The Vendor assumes no liability for errors in the software or damage resulting from either its use or its unsuitability for use. This includes of business profit, interruption of business processes, loss of data as well as all other material and immaterial losses and thereby resulting damage.

The Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, decompiling, or disassembling in any manner through current or future available technologies. Company names, serial numbers and other attributes in the program serving software identification, as well as other notes regarding legal reservations, may not be changed. Any decompiling or disassembling of the Software is explicitly prohibited and is subject to prosecution in civil and criminal courts.

Agreement is valid without Vendors signature. It becomes effective upon the earlier of Licensees use of the Software.
